Articles highlighted companies such as Ecolab, Protiviti, and Moody for making both the lists, discussing how their gender-neutral parental leave policies attributed to this ranked status. One article mentioned that 5 years ago, very few companies on the list offered gender-neutral parental leave, while in 2020 almost a quarter of the companies offer this type of parental leave.
