Gender-Neutral Clothing

Gender-neutral clothing was a hot topic this week. Multiple articles posted about several gender-neutral brands customers should shop at with one article highlighting their favorite items from the listed brands. Another article listed over 15 gender-neutral staple items one should include in their wardrobe. One article highlighted Nikes’ new Jordan Brand “MA-2” sneaker for its gender neutrality. 

One article praised children’s clothing store Ki’s Kloset for their gender-neutral selection of clothing for kids. The Hmong American Women’s Association’s Community Closet, an organization that provides clothing for free, recently remodeled their store to be gender neutral. The store now arranges clothing items just by size rather than separating them by gender. Another article posted trend predictions for the gender-neutral clothing market in 2021. Meanwhile, Telfar recently received praised for their gender-neutral bags, winning the Fashion Design of 2020 award from London’s Design Museum.
